Until recently I was living in southern New Mexico. I began to have my first dreaming episodes there, and it seemed that they&#39;d occur once or twice a
month.  The exceptions were whenever I was sick and then it would take me some time to get my energy level back up again. I was doing daily recap and
meditation in order to maintain any gains I&#39;d made and was usually pretty careful in my dreaming to not waste a lot of energy doing things just for the
hell of it.

that dream was unusual for me because i seemed to take a lot of initiative in it. it made me realize, in retrospect, that normally when i do dreaming, i
don&#39;t &quot;interact a lot with the environment - manipulate it, pick it up, etc.  i ask questions and i try to touch or feel or experience things - but
this dream felt very real in comparison to other dreams, which felt sort of fuzzy or like an acid trip.  things were much more... ]]></description>

there are some dreams i have which are incredibly light... beautiful places, strange people... and i am very light. they&#39;re easy to wake up in and still in
and move around in. notably there are strange moons, lots of water, and people that look as if they would be middle eastern.

don&#39;t know if that means anything. it was very disheartening as it once seemed that my dreaming body had been moving along fairly quickly. i kept coming
across some mp3s brainwave entrainment...binaural... ]]></description>

a particular follower of his path was totally on board with his direction, there was still the feeling of reaping a certain amount of energy from him.  What
